Under the direction of Datin Stephanie Teong, the practice emphasizes collaborative leadership and strategic design thinking, allowing projects to benefit from both strong conceptual direction and practical implementation. Stephanie’s experience in Melbourne, Australia has also influenced the studio’s design approach, reflecting a contemporary European sensibility balanced with Malaysian practicality and responsiveness to local contexts.
