Its bold design features a dark exterior wrapped in a geometric white lattice. Inside, it packs multi-functional spaces including retail floors, office suites, a Planet Hollywood hotel, a Gordon Ramsay rooftop bar, and a dramatic infinity pool cantilevered over the edge.
